LEVEL I
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA
COURSE DURATION: 350 HOURS
AWARDABLE QUALIFICATION: PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
PROFILE DESCRIPTION
The professional figure, already in possession of the barber qualification and intending to obtain the license referred to in Article 3, may follow three different paths:

apply within eighteen months from the date of entry into force of this law, using the work experience already acquired;

attend a requalification course regulated by Article 3 (paragraph 1);

take the examination referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 3.
Obtaining the professional qualification is essential for carrying out self-employed work and professional collaborations in sector salons.
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
BASIC MODULES:

Promotion of equal opportunity conditions in the workplace and relevant regulations

Introduction to ecology and the environment, sustainable development and any relevant sector regulations

IT and web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

Prevention and protection rules in the workplace (Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions)
-
Introduction to legislation on workers' rights and duties, including reference to the characteristics and methods of standard and non-standard contracts. Collective bargaining

Introduction to the current tax system
-
Introduction to project financing: incentive laws, structural funds, self-employment
