PROFESSIONAL PROFILE DESCRIPTION

This professional is responsible for burial, entombment, exhumation, disinterment, cleaning and handling of mortal remains, handling of coffins, and handling of waste materials resulting from cemetery operations.

The professional qualification completes and enhances the profile of the funeral service operator and is essential both for self-employment and for salaried employment with companies in the sector.

This refresher course is intended for those who have been working in the sector for at least two years with proven experience, with the aim of improving all work performance.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Introduction to ecology and the environment, sustainable development, and any relevant sector-specific regulations
IT and web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

Introduction to legislation on workers' rights and duties, including typical and atypical employment contracts. Collective bargaining
Introduction to the current tax system
Introduction to project financing: incentive laws, structural funds, self-employment
