The course is intended for workers chosen by their employers to be responsible for implementing fire prevention measures and fire fighting, the evacuation of workers and first aid.

The total duration is 4 hours and applies to activities where there are slightly flammable substances, where there is no possibility of fire outbreaks developing and a low likelihood of the flames spreading.

The refresher takes a total of 2 hours and is required every three years.
