BASIC MODULES:

• Promotion of equal opportunity conditions in the workplace and relevant legislation

• Introductory notions of ecology and environment, sustainable development, and any relevant sector-specific legislation

• Information technology and the web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

• Workplace health and safety prevention and protection regulations (Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions)

• Introductory notions on legislation regarding workers' rights and duties, including reference to the characteristics and forms of standard and non-standard employment contracts. Collective bargaining

• Introductory notions of the current tax system

• Introductory notions of project financing: incentive laws, structural funds, self-employment
