The Restaurant Service Operator - Waiter is responsible for setting up the tables according to the choices and directives of the establishment where he works. He is appointed to greet the customer, explain the menu, record and communicate orders, and serve at the tables. Finally, he prepares the bill and collects the payment due. He works in catering companies, tourist accommodation, and catering agencies. He may work as an employee or may carry out the profession "on call". In the case of employee contracts, these can also be seasonal. He interacts, taking responsibility for his work with the Maître and the Chef. He personally manages the relationship with customers.
