TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Promotion of equal opportunity conditions in the workplace and related regulations

• Introduction to ecology and the environment, sustainable development and any relevant sector regulations

• IT and web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

• Overview of regulations on workers' rights and duties, including reference to the features and characteristics of standard and non-standard contracts. Collective bargaining
