This professional figure carries out the removal, disposal and remediation of asbestos in accordance with the correct procedures established by specific legislation.

The professional qualification is essential for employment in companies in the sector, such as asbestos transport and disposal companies.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

BASIC MODULES:

• Promotion of Equal Opportunity conditions in the Workplace and relevant legislation

• Introduction to Ecology and the Environment, Sustainable Development and any relevant sector legislation

• IT and the web: theoretical knowledge and practical use of tools

• Prevention and protection regulations in the workplace (Legislative Decree 626/94 and subsequent amendments and additions)

• Introduction to legislation on workers' rights and duties, including reference to the terms and characteristics of standard and non-standard contracts. Collective bargaining

• Introduction to the current tax system

• Introduction to project financing: incentive laws, structural funds, self-employment
