The receptionist works in the hospitality service sector, where they are responsible for executing and coordinating activities related to managing bookings, arrivals/departures, and welcoming and caring for the client during their stay at the facility. They also perform administrative-accounting duties, oversight and control, and if the facility has conference and congress rooms, they also manage the booking service for these spaces.
