Worker Safety: Low, Medium, High Risk and Refresher Courses
These courses are aimed at workers who have not attended the RSPP course and who need training in occupational health and safety.
They are based on a 4-hour basic module for everyone, and a specific module depending on the level of risk and therefore the sector.
Low risk: 8 total hours
Relevant sectors: laundries, food industry, cleaning, retail, IT, office, hospitality, tourism, crafts, auto repair shops, insurance.
Medium risk: 12 total hours
Relevant sectors: transport, warehousing, public administration, agriculture.
High risk: 16 total hours
Relevant sectors: factories, industries, various production and processing activities (ceramics, dental technicians, goldsmiths, electricians, plumbers, antenna installers, refrigeration technicians), construction, building, waste disposal, metalworking.
Refresher courses
For each course, refresher training is mandatory every five years and lasts a total of 6 hours for each risk level. Topics covered are: safety regulations and civil and criminal liability; supervision and insurance protection; accidents; risk assessment; safety measures.
