Workplace Safety / RSPP Refresher Course
Article 8-bis of Legislative Decree 626/94, introduced by Legislative Decree 195/03, paragraph 5, provides that RSPP (Safety, Prevention and Protection Manager) and ASPP (Safety, Prevention and Protection Officers) must attend refresher training courses, to be completed every five years. The refresher courses refer to the contents of Module B (specialist modules adapted to the nature of the risks present in the workplace and related activities), to the relevant production sector, and to regulatory updates and innovations in the field of preventive measures.
The aim is to update knowledge regarding risk factors and prevention and protection measures, update the ability to identify risks and quantify them, identify technical, organizational and procedural solutions to eliminate or reduce risks, identify suitable PPE for the activities, and identify the risk factors for which health surveillance is required.
The course is intended for internal and external RSPP and ASPP working in companies belonging to ATECO macro-sectors 1-2-6-8-9: Agriculture, Fishing, Wholesale and retail trade; craft activities not comparable to the above (body shops, vehicle repair, laundries, hairdressers, bakers, pastry makers, etc.), Transport, Warehousing, Communications, Public Administration, Education, Hotels, Restaurants, Insurance, Real estate, IT, Recreational, cultural and sports associations, Domestic services.
